Chicken fillet with gruyere cheese


Ingredients for 4 people


  • 4 Karagiannakis Poultry chicken fillets
  • 200g chicken broth
  • 200g gruyere cheese sticks
  • Salt and pepper

Using a sharp knife cut a cross section in the chicken fillets and fill them with the gruyere cheese.
In a deep pan with a lid, add the broth and bring to a boil. Add the chicken fillets, a little salt and pepper and cover. Let the chicken fillets cook for 10 minutes. Turn and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with a green salad and toasted bread.
