Beer and rosemary chicken drumsticks


Ingredients for 4 to 6 people


  • 1 Karagiannakis Poultry drumsticks pack
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 can of beer, 330 ml
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper

In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, honey, garlic and paprika. Add the chicken drumsticks and refrigerate for at least two hours to marinate. Preheat oven to 180°C.  Add to a baking pan and pour the beer over the drumsticks and potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and rosemary sprigs. Roast for at least 1 hour or until the skin is browned  and the drumsticks are cooked through.

Tip: If rosemary seems too intense, use thyme, oregano or marjoram instead.
