Sweet & sour party chicken wings


Ingredients for 4 people


  • 16 Karagiannakis Poultry chicken wings
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

In a bowl, add the garlic, olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, paprika and stir. A rich paste should form. Add the chicken wings and stir well, to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Spread a baking sheet in the pan you will use. Drain the wings from the marinade and keep the excess. Roast the chicken wings for 20 minutes. Brush with the remaining marinade and continue roasting for another 20 minutes. When the chicken wings get a nice golden color and are crispy on the edges, remove from the oven and serve immediately.
